About Sue Hughes
I have many years experience, as well as having a masters degree (MA) in Counselling and therapy from Bangor University.
I also have a Diploma in Relaxation Visualisation and Guided Imagery. Which can be very helpful for people with confidence and many other issues. I am registered with the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
It is not uncommon to find yourself struggling at different times in your life and deciding to have counselling can be difficult. My aim is to provide a safe, caring environment using a person-centred approach where thoughts, feelings and issues of concern that you are struggling with can be explored at your own pace.
Counselling helps you unravel your own personal life experiences and develop better ways of coping with and reducing stress and anxiety, helping you to find your own solutions to problems, giving you peace of mind and coping strategies for the future.
